Shipping

At the moment, shipping is only available in the U.S. via UPS Ground. $35 per artwork. All artworks are insured during transit for loss or damage. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery after purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Once a return has been requested the customer has 14 days to return the artwork. Please ensure that returned artwork(s) are packed sufficiently (if possible, reuse the original packaging if it is still in good condition) and that you use a method of delivery that includes tracking, insurance and signature required.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email here if you would like to return an item.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork has been received in its original condition a full refund, minus the original delivery costs to you will be given. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return delivery receipt.

Damaged or lost in transit

In the event that your delivery is damaged or lost in transit, a full refund will be given. Any artwork damaged after delivery will not be accepted.

For damaged artworks: Please keep all packaging and any damaged items as evidence until the claim is resolved. Please provide photos of the damage for my records here.

For lost artworks: Once the shipping company has confirmed and accepted responsibility of a loss a refund will be made.
